31 Then said Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him after your own Law. Then the Jews said unto him, [a]It is not lawful for us to put any man to death.

32 It was that the word of Jesus (A)might be fulfilled which he spake, [b]signifying what death he should die.

33 (B)So Pilate entered into the common hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the king of the Jews?
